Scope of Coverage

  • The structural integrity of the furniture frame.
  • Mechanical and functional components, including reclining mechanisms and adjustable parts.
  • Defects in stitching or upholstery materials caused by manufacturing issues.

Warranty Period

  • The warranty is valid for 30 years from the date of purchase on all Guzturk Home furniture.
  • Electronic or smart components (if any) are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Eligibility

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to claim the warranty.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear

  • Fading, pilling, or discoloration of fabric or leather due to regular use or aging.
  • Natural wear of foam, cushions, or padding over time.

Misuse or Improper Care

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence, including improper cleaning or harsh chemicals.
  • Damage due to alterations, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Environmental Factors

  • Exposure to sunlight, humidity, or extreme temperatures that cause fading, cracking, or swelling.
  • Damage caused by pests or vermin.

Natural Variations

  • Variations in the grain or veining of wood, stone, or marble — these are natural features of the material.

Accidental or External Damage

  • Scratches, dents, spills, burns, or any damage caused by accidents or external factors.

Warranty Claim Process

How to File a Claim

  • Contact Guzturk Home customer service through our Contact page or via email/phone.
  • Share your proof of purchase along with a detailed description of the defect and clear photos.

Inspection

  • We may require an inspection — by a technician visiting your location or at one of our authorized service centers.

Resolution Options

  • Repair the defective part or component.
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model.
  • Refund the purchase price (only when repair or replacement is not possible).

Customer Responsibilities

Maintenance

  • Follow Guzturk Home's care and maintenance instructions for each product.
  • Regular cleaning and proper handling are required to keep the product in good condition.

Transportation

  • The customer is responsible for transportation costs of returning the product for a claim, unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations of Liability

No Indirect Liability

  • Guzturk Home is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including loss of use or income.

Maximum Liability

  • Total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
