Shared Responsibility

This site runs on the Lovable platform, which provides hosting and platform features. Guzturk Home is responsible for the site's content, access controls, and how data submitted by customers is handled. This page is updated as our practices change.

Access & Authentication

Account access

  • Staff sign in to the back-office with email and password through a dedicated authenticated area.
  • Administrative actions are restricted to accounts with an explicit admin or editor role.
  • Customers do not need an account to browse the catalog. Forms collect only what is needed to respond to the request.

Platform & Hosting

Guzturk Home is built and hosted on the Lovable platform. Lovable provides infrastructure and managed services; how that infrastructure is used in this app is described below.

Encryption in transit

  • The site is served over HTTPS so traffic between the visitor's browser and the app is encrypted in transit.

Server-side data access

  • Sensitive operations run inside server functions, not in the browser, so internal credentials are not shipped to visitors.
  • Database row-level access rules limit which data each role can read or change.

Data We Collect & How We Use It

Catalog browsing

  • Browsing products, collections, the portfolio, and the price list does not require providing personal information.

Forms you submit

  • Contact, consultation, quote, and B2B forms collect details such as your name, email, phone, and the message you write so we can reply.
  • Form submissions are visible only to authorized Guzturk Home staff in the back-office.

Cookies & Analytics

What we use

  • We use cookies and local browser storage to keep your language preference and to keep staff signed in to the back-office.
  • We do not embed third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Privacy Requests

Your choices

  • You can ask us to confirm what personal data we hold from a form you submitted, to correct it, or to delete it.
  • Send privacy requests through the Contact page. Please use the same email you used when submitting the form so we can verify the request.

Retention & Deletion

How long we keep data

  • Form submissions are kept while they are active or useful for follow-up, customer service, and order or commission history.
  • When you request deletion we remove the personal fields except where we are required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Reporting a Security Concern

If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a security issue affecting Guzturk Home, please report it privately first so we can investigate before any public disclosure.

How to report

  • Use the Contact page and write "Security report" in the subject. Include steps to reproduce, the affected URL, and the date and time you observed the issue.
  • Please do not test against other people's data, do not download data that is not yours, and do not disrupt the service while testing.
