Furniture Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Furniture Sales Specialist with a passion for design and customer service to understand clients’ needs, recommend suitable products and solutions, and manage the sales process from the initial visit through contract completion.

About the role

The Furniture Sales Specialist will join the Guzturk Home team to deliver a professional showroom experience and help clients select furniture and furnishing solutions that suit their needs, spaces, preferences, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and understand their needs and budgets
• Provide professional advice on furniture and furnishing solutions
• Explain product details, materials, dimensions, and customization options
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Update customer information and sales stages on the CRM system
• Coordinate with the design, technical office, and operations teams
• Follow up with clients until contract and order confirmation
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Previous experience in furniture or interior design sales is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Good computer and CRM system proficiency
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Flexibility to work according to showroom schedules
• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
